Flat foot problems: Sore feet

Our feet are designed to function in very specific ways when standing and when walking. Sore feet happen when unnatural pressures affect the foot due to a shift in its natural balance.

When flat feet or hyperpronation occurs, the foot's movement, shape, and ability to distribute weight properly become compromised. The condition creates several pressure areas, both internal and external, resulting in sore feet. Internally, the foot's structure of bones, tendons and ligaments becomes stressed and forced to support the entire body's weight and movement in unnatural positions. Externally, the foot's unbalanced movements will cause friction and pressure against the floor and the shoes in areas of the foot that are not designed to withstand such pressures.

All of these reasons stemming from hyperpronation may not only result in sore feet, but also in other foot problems like heel pain, bunions, lumps, pigmented toe nails, and more.

Resolving the foot's hyperpronation, or "flat foot," condition will restore the foot's natural balance and can eliminate all the complications described above. Please take a look at our list of other common symptoms, including sore feet, to see if the HyProCure solution can help.
